As Chief Operating Officer, Shoumi Shah plays a critical role in driving the company’s finances and operations. Her leadership ensures robust operational infrastructure and financial stewardship as Boston Insights develops cutting-edge supply chain solutions for the life sciences sector. She oversees resource management to ensure initiatives are cost-effective and strategically aligned. Shoumi brings a proven background in finance, operations, and customer service. Prior to joining Boston Insights, she held operational and finance roles at PNC and Middlesex Savings Bank, where she focused on service delivery and process optimization.  Shoumi holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Middlesex Community College and a bachelor’s degree in political science from St. Xavier's College, Calcutta, India.
