Lorna Briddick is an accomplished leader with 19 years of experience in business process management and large-scale process improvement. For the last 12 years she has led multiple initiatives related to end-to-end clinical supply chain process re-engineering and optimization. She played a key leadership role in a large-scale reengineering initiative to globalize processes for the Pfizer’s Clinical Trial Supply Chain, leading to the creation of over 200 Global Procedures (GPSs) As the Global Clinical Supply Regional Lead for Schering Plough’s Latin America region, she continued to lead the integration and optimization process in support of the mergers with Organon and Merck. Lorna is now a managing partner at Brizzey LLC, a firm with a track record of success in the clinical supply chain, R&D Process Optimization and Change Management.
