Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Office Manager based in India who will serve as a key operational backbone for Boston Insights. This is a dynamic role combining office administration, digital marketing execution, and internal communications support. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment, wears multiple hats, and is eager to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions for the India office
• Coordinate with the US-based leadership team on scheduling, reporting, and project tracking
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Create engaging marketing collateral (social media graphics, presentations, newsletters) using Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Maintain and update the company's SharePoint site and internal documentation
• Manage data tracking, reporting, and analysis using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards)
• Support content creation for thought leadership — blog posts, LinkedIn articles, case studies
• Handle vendor relationships, procurement, and office supply management
• Assist with onboarding of new hires and maintaining HR documentation
• Organize internal and external events, meetings, and webinars
• Maintain CRM and lead tracking databases
• Support the leadership team with ad hoc projects and research as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in office management, operations, or a similar role within a startup environment
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing — social media management, content creation, and campaign execution
• Proficiency in LinkedIn (organic content, campaigns, analytics), Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (advanced: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards), and SharePoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Self-starter with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Comfortable working across time zones (US Eastern Time / India Standard Time overlap)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar marketing automation tools
• Familiarity with the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
• Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Planner, Forms)
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and website content management
