Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with annual growth targets and customer acquisition goals for the pharma industry.

  • Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, webinars, and content channels to drive pipeline generation.

  • Content & Thought Leadership: Create and distribute high-impact content -- blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, product demos, and landing pages -- that resonate with pharma stakeholders.

  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Design and implement lead capture, scoring, and nurturing workflows using marketing automation platforms; optimize conversion funnels.

  • Analytics & Optimization: Track KPIs (CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline velocity, ROI); analyze performance data and continuously refine campaigns for better results.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales to align messaging, support account-based marketing initiatives, and ensure marketing-sales handoff excellence.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay current with pharma industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing tools and tactics.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in SaaS, technology, or life sciences industries.

  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, marketing automation, and web analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and pharma industry buyer personas (clinical operations, supply chain, quality, regulatory teams).

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Data-driven approach: Fluent in metrics, testing, and optimization; comfortable making decisions based on data and performance.

  • Excellent communication: Strong writing and storytelling skills; ability to translate technical product features into compelling customer value propositions.

  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Azure, Power BI, or enterprise software ecosystems is advantageous.
